Got Questions?
FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
Do I need any experience to join?
No experience is needed for most of our programs. We have classes designed specifically for beginners, and our coaches are skilled at teaching from the ground up.
What age can kids start training?
We accept kids as young as 4 years old in our Little Champions program. We have age-appropriate classes for kids 4–7, 8–12, and teens 13–17.
How many classes per week should I attend?
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for beginners. Competitive students typically train 4–6 days per week with structured periodization.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. We provide loaner equipment for your trial class — you don't need to purchase anything yet.
Do you offer adult and kids classes at the same time?
Yes! Many of our evening time slots run concurrent adult and youth classes so families can train together.
